The bathroom was small. showering made the whole area wet since the shower was just a head on the wall between the toilet and sink. the shower lacked power and did not have hot water. also, i would have liked a safety deposit box in the room. Its absence was inconvenient.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room had effective air conditioning and a functional fan. breakfast included vegan options , which was great.

the bathroom design meant the entire space got wet when showering , and the water pressure was quite low. this made it a bit inconvenient to use.

the hotel is close to the park entrance. multiple restaurants and grocery stores surround the hotel. the clear water river provided swimming access, with a fun waterslide accessible from a restaurant across the way.

the staff helped arrange trips to the park. they also organized airport transportation, and i found the service to be both convenient and reasonably priced. i appreciated the staff's attentiveness .

The location near the river created a romantic atmosphere. Breakfasts were a daily pleasure because i could listen to the jungle sounds as i ate. our bungalow had a large terrace. a hairdryer was even in the room which was quite unexpected but very welcome.

i noticed the bathroom felt quite small. It was a bit of a challenge to avoid getting everything wet while showering.

I found the staff friendly. The location was also good. The included breakfast was tasty and filling. It had a central spot for jungle walks, elephant encounters, and rafting activities.

The bathroom was small. This meant the whole bathroom became wet when showering. There was no safety deposit box in the room. I think this is a basic amenity.
